Over The Edge was founded in 1992 with a focus on delivering innovative, fun teambuilding programs that get everyone 100% engaged and involved.

Over The Edge focusses on delivering a core range of outdoor based programs where there are real consequences for actions, providing deeper learning at the individual and team level. A more profound learning experience translates into more lasting behavioural change

We assist a range of diverse clients from large corporates such as Fosters, KPMG, Ericsson and Rip Curl through to government departments and smaller businesses. Each generally has a common goal, in that they want to improve the way their team works together and generate improved results.

Over The Edge programs help align teams to overall organizational goals and assist in developing improved communications within the group. All our programs are designed to be loads of fun and are suitable for all ages and fitness levels. We can also customize a program to meet your individual requirements.

Over the Edge deliver programs in the following areas: Melbourne, Geelong, Torquay, Lorne and Angelsea Victoria. Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast, Noosa on the Sunshine Coast, QLD and the Tweed Coast NSW .

Over The Edge works with small teams of 6 people through to teams of up to 600 people.
